Trail hiking guide, author, and Kinesiology Professor at Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, CA. Jan has been "on the trails" in South Orange County for over 30 years! Specializing in "unknown trails" in the cities of "OC". Besides teaching she also trains quarter horses, competes in barrel racing, plays Pickleball, and trail rides in San Juan Capistrano.
