The Board has received official notice of PPTA partial strike action from Monday September 15th
Partial Strike confirmed for:
- Monday 15 September – Years 12 and 13 to learn from home.
(Years 9, 10, and 11 attend school as normal.) - Tuesday 16 September – Year 11 to learn from home.
(Years 9, 10, 12, and 13 attend school as normal.) - Wednesday 17 September – Year 10 to learn from home.
(Years 9, 11, 12, and 13 attend school as normal.) - Thursday 18 September – Year 9 to learn from home. Supervision will be available for students under the age of 14. Please email [email protected] if your child requires supervision for session 1 & 2.
(Years 10, 11, 12, and 13 attend school as normal for session 1 & 2 only) - Friday 19 September – Student Conferences.
(No classes for any students.)
This is part of the ongoing industrial action by PPTA members, who will not be teaching, instructing, or supervising specific year groups on the designated days. They will continue to teach all other year levels and carry out administrative duties during this time.
Please note that schools are only permitted to notify families once strike action is officially confirmed—usually just three days before the scheduled date. We understand this short notice can be challenging and appreciate your understanding.
